1ST Official Water Training!!!

1ST OFFICIAL WATER TRAINING!!!

Hope you girls enjoyed the programme we've planned for you for Wednesday's training!

Anyway, we officially welcome you to the teamNUS Dragonboat Family!

Here are the details to the 1st official water training:

Date: 15 Aug (Saturday)

Time: 11am to 2pm

Venue: SDBA Kallang (we'll be meeting at 1015am at KALLANG MRT. please let us know if you need help getting there!)

What to wear: Running attire + running shoes + slippers/sandals (IMPORTANT SO PLEASE NOTE!)

What to bring: Change of clothes, toiletries, cap, sunblock

If you haven't been to any of our trainings, no worries, we welcome you too!

Ladies 1st Official Training!

LADIES 1ST OFFICIAL TRAINING 2009!!!

No worries, for girls that missed FUN ROW, our first official training of the academic year has finally arrived! All are welcome to come join in for the session and bond with the Dragonboat family!

Important details to note:
Date --> 12 August 2009 (Wednesday)
Time to report --> 6PM sharp (please try to come earlier to get yourselves prepared)
Venue --> Sports Recreational Centre (SRC) Fitness & Conditioning Lab (just outside the swimming pool) --> gym with the glass doors
Attire --> Running attire + Running shoes
Extra things to bring along --> Water bottle, towel, change of clothes

DB Men Introductory Row

There will be an introductory row conducted on the 8th of August for those interested in joining the team and getting a feel of what dragonboating is all about. No prior experience is required! Come down with an open mind, and have fun in the water with us!

Details:

Date: 8th August 2009, Saturday
Venue: Kallang, SDBA (Kallang Watersports Center)
Time: 10-12 pm

Optional: sunblock, headgear, water

For those who do not know how to get there, someone from the team wearing a blue NUS Tshirt to pick you guys up at 930am sharp from Kallang MRT station’ s control station.
