LADIES 1ST OFFICIAL TRAINING 2009!!!
No worries, for girls that missed FUN ROW, our first official training of the academic year has finally arrived! All are welcome to come join in for the session and bond with the Dragonboat family!
Important details to note:
Date --> 12 August 2009 (Wednesday)
Time to report --> 6PM sharp (please try to come earlier to get yourselves prepared)
Venue --> Sports Recreational Centre (SRC) Fitness & Conditioning Lab (just outside the swimming pool) --> gym with the glass doors
Attire --> Running attire + Running shoes
Extra things to bring along --> Water bottle, towel, change of clothes
