Here are the details to the 1st official water training:
Date: 15 Aug (Saturday)
Time: 11am to 2pm
Venue: SDBA Kallang (we'll be meeting at 1015am at KALLANG MRT. please let us know if you need help getting there!)
What to wear: Running attire + running shoes + slippers/sandals (IMPORTANT SO PLEASE NOTE!)
What to bring: Change of clothes, toiletries, cap, sunblock
If you haven't been to any of our trainings, no worries, we welcome you too!
